flavoured mixture of Vodka, vegetable oil, garlic, oregano, sweet pepper paste &

KOFTE - Our now famous mixture of finely minced lamb, onion and mixed peppers
combined with heady seasonings & lots of flat-leaf parsley is lightly char-grilled &

together with Kofte (minced lamb) and a lamb chop. £12.30
SALMON KEBAB - Marinated in sweet sherry, garlic, ginger, fresh lime, Soy

HALLOUMI KEBAB - A grilled skewer of halloumi cheese and one of
mushrooms and tomatoes, served on Basmati rice and garnished with
mouth-watering home-made tomato jam. Must be tried! £8.30
PEPPER STEAK KEBAB - Skewered chunks of rump steak, marinated in sweet
pepper paste, garlic & mixed peppercorns, cooked on the chargrill and served with
