KOFTE - Our now famous mixture of finely minced lamb, onion and mixed peppers combined with
heady seasonings & lots of flat-leaf parsley is lightly char-grilled & served as above. £9.50
SILK ROAD MIXED KEBAB - A grilled selection of lamb & chicken shish together with Kofte
(minced lamb) and a lamb chop. £12.30
HALLOUMI KEBAB - A grilled skewer of halloumi cheese and one of mushrooms and tomatoes,
served on Basmati rice and garnished with mouth-watering home-made tomato jam. Must be tried!
