POMEGRANATE LAMB—Thinly cut, Juicy lamb chops, char-grilled and presented with an
intoxicating gravy of Pomegranate juice, Amontillado Sherry, a little Balsamic Vinegar, butter,

MEATBALL PASTA—Juicy lamb meatballs cooked in a rich tomato sauce and served on pasta of

FRUITY CHICKEN CURRY– A delicious gentle curry slowly cooked with apricots, sultanas,
onions, juiced fruits (banana, apple, lime & pineapple), garlic, tomato puree, five spices, white wine
and a little curry powder, served with Basmati Rice, a yoghurt top and our home-made carrot & ginger

PIMENTO CHICKEN—Chicken breast with a sweet red Pimento pepper & salty feta cheese filling
