KUZU TANDIR - Shoulder of baby lamb, slow cooked in its own juice
with garlic, rosemary, onions, chopped tomatoes & seven spice served
with Basmati rice.
POMEGRANATE LAMB - Lamb chops chargrilled with oregano & presented
in a gravy of pomegranate juice, sherry, balsamic vinegar, mushrooms,
shallots & flower honey with baby potatoes.
MEATBALL PASTA - Juicy lamb meatballs served on pasta with a rich
tomato sauce and grated cheddar cheese.
CHICKEN ISKENDER - Sliced breast of chicken, arranged on Basmati rice
with a rich tomato sauce, yoghurt top and paprika butter.
Sprinkled with dill.
CHICKEN KIEV - Breaded breast of chicken filled with butter, parsley and
garlic served with sliced tomatoes and chipped potatoes.
SAMARRA CHICKEN - Sliced marinated chicken on rice, topped with
a delicious sauce of mushrooms, cream, black pepper, coriander and
brandy then finished with a swirl of flower honey.
SIGARA BOREYGI - Finger shaped filo pastry parcels, filled with spinach,
carrots, onions, rice, tomatoes, green peppers and feta cheese with a pinch
of seven spice.  Served on a bed of Basmati Rice and topped with
Herb Salad and spinach yoghurt.  
MUSHROOM ESLIM - Mushrooms, sun-dried tomatoes, mixed
peppers, pepper puree and rice wrapped in sliced aubergines, served with
Basmati rice and garnish.
SALMON KEBAB - Marinated in sweet sherry, garlic, ginger, fresh lime,
Soy sauce and honey then grilled and served with stir-fry
vegetables and Basmati Rice.  
MEDITERRANEAN SARDINES - Large juicy sardines, descaled and
trimmed then chargrilled with butter, parsley, lemon juice and served
with baby potatoes and mixed salad.
SALMON FILLET - Lightly steamed, sprinkled with dill and served
with rice, mixed salad and lemon wedges.
