POMEGRANATE LAMB - Lamb chops chargrilled with oregano & presented in a gravy of pomegranate juice, sherry, balsamic vinegar, mushrooms, shallots & flower honey with baby potatoes. MEATBALL PASTA - Juicy lamb meatballs served on pasta with a rich tomato sauce and grated cheddar cheese. CHICKEN ISKENDER - Sliced breast of chicken, arranged on Basmati rice with a rich tomato sauce, yoghurt top and paprika butter. Sprinkled with dill.
